Yoga and Live Music with Anchor & Arrow

This energetic session joins breath and movement with ambient electronic and acoustic music. Flow through traditional yoga poses, seasoned with feel-good movements and vibey rhythms. All levels are welcome, modifications will be given to turn up the heat, or mellow out the motion. Led by Jenn Dashem, E-RYT. Music by Matt Dashem of Anchor&Arrow.

Please bring your own Yoga Mat/towel/blanket etc

Pick-Your-Own flowers are not included but available before or after your session!

Location: Rooted Farmstead, Scott Avenue, Bellefonte Pa 

Cost: $25 per person 

Ages: Designed for adults but appropriate for ages 15+

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cannot make it to the event, you are welcome to send a friend in your place; however, tickets are not transferable to another event nor will refunds be issued. If the event is cancelled by the host, full refunds will be issued.
